An AI tutor for learning at work
Learn the work by doing it.
Meno turns your own procedures and policies into realistic practice. Your people learn the job by doing it, safely, and you can see when they're ready.
For new starters, people changing role or stepping up, and teams facing a new process.
Why Meno
Training tells people what to do. Meno lets them do it.
Slides and e-learning explain the job, so the real learning happens later, in front of customers, colleagues and inspectors. Meno brings that practice forward, where mistakes are safe.
-
Practice, not slides
People handle the situations their job really brings, and get feedback straight away.
-
Your way of working
Built from your own procedures and policies, and everything it teaches points back to them.
-
Proof they're ready
Managers sign off each part of the job once they've seen it done for real.
One session
See the difference in a single session.
Meno starts with the real situation, not a lesson. It teaches each person only what they're missing, so nobody sits through what they already know, then lets them try it again.
- Took the fridge's temperature properly
- Waited for the reading to settle
- Threw away food left out too long (missed)
- Checked the thermometer could be trusted (missed)

For your people
Everything they need to learn the job, in one place.
A session is where it starts. Around it, Meno gives each person the help they'd get from a patient colleague who knows your procedures by heart.
-
Practice with someone in it
Calls and situations from their own job, with a customer, colleague or inspector who reacts to what they say. They can play one again with someone in a different mood, or try a harder version.
-
Worked examples, a step at a time
They watch how an expert handles a case, guessing each next step before it's shown, with the pictures from your own documents.
-
Answers on the job
Between sessions they can ask Meno about their work, any time. It answers from your documents and says where it found the answer.
-
A picture when it helps
Meno draws the steps, a decision or a comparison when a diagram explains it better than words, and whenever they ask for one.
-
Job aids to keep
Each task they learn leaves a one-page job aid behind, kept in one place for when they're back at work.
-
Back before they forget
Meno brings each topic back for a short review, spaced out so it sticks, and sends a reminder when one is due.
- Hints when they're stuck, never the answer handed over.
- No time wasted on what they already know: experienced people show it and move on.
- A plan to use it at work, and a check-in afterwards on how it went.
- A glossary that explains your organisation's own words.
- Plain English, on a phone or a computer, and built to be accessible.
- Their progress at a glance, and a copy of their data whenever they want it.
The name
A square drawn in the sand.
In Plato's Meno, Socrates draws a square in the sand and helps a boy who has never studied geometry work out how to double it, without once telling him the answer.
Our mark is that doubled square, with one point lit for the moment it clicks. Meno teaches the same way: it asks before it tells, and the learner does the thinking.
How it works
From your documents to people who can do the job.
-
Bring what you have
Your procedures, policies and guides. Where nothing's written down, an expert can say how it's done.
-
Your people practise
Short sessions in a browser, around their work, with nothing to install.
-
Managers sign off
See how each person is getting on, and confirm what they can do on the job.

Who it's for
Any role, at any level.
If your people need to know it and it's written down, Meno can teach it, from the front line to the people who lead it.
-
Customer service advisor
A customer who's behind on their bills
-
Kitchen supervisor
The environmental health officer calls
-
Warehouse team leader
7am at goods-in, with the delivery due
-
AI adoption lead
A sceptical colleague at the team meeting
Situations people practise in our demo courses.
Built to be trusted
Safe for learners. Ready for your organisation.
- Private practice. Managers see progress, never the conversations.
- Honest about itself. Meno says it's an AI, and anyone can flag an answer that looks wrong.
- Always current. Change a document and Meno updates the course.
- Fits your systems. Single sign-on, and learning records your existing tools can use.
What if Meno gets something wrong?
It teaches only from your documents, and its feedback quotes the line it's based on, so anyone can check it. What it will teach is checked against your documents before anyone sees it, and you can have one of your experts approve it first. If something still looks wrong, anyone can flag it, and your learning team puts it right.
Who can see what people say to it?
Managers see how people are getting on, never the conversations. Your learning team can read one when they need to, and each time they do, it's recorded. You decide how long conversations are kept.
Does it replace our trainers?
No. It gives people the practice trainers rarely have time for, so time with a trainer goes where a person is needed. Managers still decide when someone is ready.
Can it teach people our software?
It teaches the judgement around your systems, and points people to your own guides for the screens and clicks. It never guesses at steps in a system it can't see.
What if someone is having a hard time?
If someone says they're struggling or in distress, Meno stops teaching, reminds them it's an AI and points them to people who can help.
Is it based on how people learn?
Yes. It follows long-standing research on learning at work: people try before they're told, get feedback straight away, practise until it sticks, and come back to it before they'd forget.
What do we need to get started?
The documents for one role, or an expert who can explain how it's done, and someone to check what Meno will teach. People sign in from a browser, with your single sign-on if you use it.
Start with one role.
Run a pilot on one role, and compare how soon people are signed off with how long it took before.
- A short call about the role you'd start with.
- We set Meno up from your documents, and you check what it will teach.
- Your people start, and you see how soon they're signed off.
